Three steps to your workspace.
A separate account for each person.
Set up your authenticator.
Use your assigned admin or partner account. On first sign-in, scan the QR code with Google Authenticator and save your recovery codes.
Bring your ChatGPT account.
Open Settings → Sign in to ChatGPT. Describe a task, review the exact command and selected server, then choose Run reviewed command.
One Windows x64 setup file.
The installer includes the app and ChatGPT companion. If the terminal's Microsoft WebView2 Runtime is missing, Setup installs it automatically. Internet access is required for that download.
Unsigned development build. Windows may show a publisher warning. Verify the downloaded installer against the published SHA-256 checksum before installing.
